The journey should take around 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you get off, follow the signs towards Lohagad Trek Road, which will lead you to the base of the fort.

If you're near the Pune Railway Station, you can hire an auto-rickshaw to Lohagad Fort. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be around ₹500-700. The ride will take approximately 1-1.5 hours. Ask the driver to take you to Lohagad Trek Road, where you can start your trek.

From Pune, take a local train from Pune Junction to Malavli Station, which is the nearest station to Lohagad Fort. The train ride takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Malavli Station, exit the station and take a left towards the main road. You can either walk or catch a local rickshaw to the base of Lohagad Fort, which is about 3 km away. The trek to the fort will take approximately 1 hour from the base.
