From Ranchi, head to the Ranchi Bus Stand located at Kantatoli. You can take any bus that is headed towards Patratu or Kanke. The fare is usually around INR 30-50. The journey takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Ensure you inform the conductor that you are heading to Patratu Valley.
Auto Rickshaw
Once at the Ranchi Bus Stand, you can also opt for an auto rickshaw that will take you directly to Patratu Valley. Negotiate the fare beforehand; it should be around INR 300-400. Train
