Walking
From the center of Rishikesh, head towards the Laxman Jhula bridge. Cross the bridge and take a left onto the road leading to Tapovan. Continue walking along this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the National Highway 58. Turn right onto NH58. You can also stop at the local shops for refreshments along the way. After about 3 kilometers, you will notice the signs directing you towards Kempty Range. Follow these signs as the road will lead you into the forested area leading up to Top Tibba. The path may become steep, but continue following the trail until you reach the peak, which is approximately 1 kilometer from the main road.

If you prefer a more adventurous route, you can start your trek from the Neer Gaddu Waterfall. Take a local bus or a shared auto-rickshaw to the Neer Gaddu area from Rishikesh's main market.
