Ayurvedic cooking made enjoyable and simple
Anju's Ayurvedic cooking classes are second to none. She loves cooking and preparing delicious Ayurvedic meals and this enthusiasm is communicated to the students who take her classes. All the ingredients are organic and fresh. Some of the herbs are from her own garden. Anju is very talented at combing theory and practice. She explains what the herbs are used for and demonstrates how to combine the ingredients to ensure the best in flavours and taste. She has a great range of recipes to share with her students and the classes end with a sumptuous meal - more like a feast.
