Walking
If you're starting from the Shillong city center, head towards Police Bazar. From there, take the road going towards the Shillong-Guwahati Highway (NH6). Walk straight until you reach the junction with the road leading to Jowai. Turn left onto the Jowai road and continue walking for about 2 kilometers. You will see signs for the Air Force Museum. Follow these signs until you see the entrance to the museum on your left.

Public Transport (Shared Taxi)
From Police Bazar, find a shared taxi going towards 7th Mile, which is the area where the Air Force Museum is located. Get into the shared taxi and inform the driver that you are going to the Air Force Museum. The ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes. The taxi will drop you off near the entrance of the museum. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk to the main entrance of the museum.

Public Transport (Local Bus)
Catch a local bus from the Shillong bus station that is heading towards 7th Mile or Jowai. Make sure to confirm with the conductor that the bus stops near the Air Force Museum. The bus ride may take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at 7th Mile, walk towards the museum using the signs that are posted along the road.
