If you are in the heart of Shillong, start your journey from Police Bazar, a popular shopping area. Head east on the main road (GS Road) towards the Shillong Golf Course. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout at the entrance of the Golf Course. From there, take the left exit onto Golf Links Road. Keep walking for about 600 meters; you will pass by the Shillong Golf Course on your left. Continue straight until you see the entrance to Lady Hydari Park on your right.

From the Shillong Railway Station, exit the station and turn right onto the main road. Walk straight for about 2 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the right exit towards the Golf Course, and follow Golf Links Road for about 600 meters. Lady Hydari Park will be on your right.
