Start from the Police Bazar area, a central hub in Shillong. Head north on Khyndailad Road towards the main market. Continue straight until you reach the junction at the end of the road. Take a left onto Laitumkhrah Road. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you see the Laitumkhrah Church on your right. After passing the church, take the first right onto Lumparing Road. Continue on Lumparing Road for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will reach Upper Lumparing. Look for the signs or ask locals for Top View Lumparing; it should be nearby.
