Walk straight down towards Lakkar Bazaar, and as you reach the end of the bazaar, the Combermere Bridge will be visible ahead. It's a short 10-15 minute walk from the Ridge.

    From the Shimla Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Take a left and walk down towards the Mall Road. Upon reaching Mall Road, turn right and walk towards the Ridge. Continue straight until you reach Lakkar Bazaar. The Combermere Bridge will be at the end of the bazaar. This should take approximately 25-30 minutes.
