    From Shimla Mall Road, head towards the Ridge. You can start your journey from the Christ Church, located at the Ridge. Walk east towards the Lakkar Bazaar, which is a famous wooden market. From Lakkar Bazaar, continue straight until you reach the main road. Once you reach the main road, take a left towards the lower bazaar. Continue walking until you reach the bus stand. From the bus stand, you can catch a local bus or take a shared auto-rickshaw to Bagh. Inform the driver to drop you at Vaishno Devi Temple.

    From the Shimla Bus Stand, board a local bus heading towards Bagh. The frequency of buses is quite good, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes.
