Walking
From Shimla Mall Road, head towards the Ridge. You can start your journey from the Christ Church, located at the Ridge. Walk east towards the Lakkar Bazaar, which is a famous wooden market. From Lakkar Bazaar, continue straight until you reach the main road. Once you reach the main road, take a left towards the lower bazaar. Continue walking until you reach the bus stand. From the bus stand, you can catch a local bus or take a shared auto-rickshaw to Bagh. Inform the driver to drop you at Vaishno Devi Temple.

From the Shimla Bus Stand, board a local bus heading towards Bagh. The frequency of buses is quite good, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes. Once you reach Bagh, get off at the designated stop and follow the signs to Vaishno Devi Temple, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take an auto-rickshaw from anywhere in Shimla. Simply inform the driver that you want to go to Vaishno Devi Temple in Bagh.
