Taxi
If you are at the Mall Road, you can easily find taxi stands near the Ridge. Look for signs that say 'Taxi Stand.' Taxis in Shimla are usually shared, and they will take you to various local attractions. You can ask the driver to take you to Krishna Nagar, which is just a short drive away. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
Bus
If you're near the Mall Road, head towards the Shimla Old Bus Stand located about 10 minutes away on foot. Once there, look for buses heading towards Krishna Nagar or nearby areas. Ensure to confirm with the bus staff that they are stopping at Krishna Nagar before boarding. The journey usually takes around 15-20 minutes.
Rickshaw
From any point on Mall Road, you can easily find auto-rickshaws. Simply wave one down and tell the driver 'Krishna Nagar, please'. The drivers are familiar with local landmarks, and the fare should be reasonable. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are close to the Ridge or Mall Road, you can enjoy a pleasant walk to Krishna Nagar. Head south from the Ridge, and follow the signs towards Krishna Nagar. The distance is about 1.5 km and should take you roughly 20-30 minutes depending on your pace. The route is relatively easy with some slight inclines.
