After approximately 30 km, take a left onto MDR700. Follow this road for about 20 km, and you will reach Sholur. Be cautious of the local traffic and winding roads as you approach the viewpoint.

Public Transportation

To reach Sholur View Point via public transportation, take a bus from Coimbatore to Pollachi. Buses are frequent and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Pollachi, you can find local buses or auto-rickshaws that go to Sholur. The auto-rickshaw may cost around ₹300 to ₹500 (depending on your negotiation skills), and the journey from Pollachi to Sholur will take about 30 minutes.

Taxi

If you prefer a more comfortable ride, consider hiring a taxi from Coimbatore. Taxis can be booked in advance through various taxi services. The cost for a one-way trip to Sholur is approximately ₹1,500 to ₹2,000 and will take about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Ensure to arrange for the return trip as taxis may not be readily available in Sholur.

Walking
