If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Chennai. Take NH 45 towards Kanchipuram and continue on NH 38 towards Trichy. After reaching Trichy, take NH 81 towards Perambalur. Continue on this road until you reach a junction, then take the road leading to Thevaiyur North. Follow local signs for Ranjankudi Fort. The fort is located at 8WWQ+PPQ, Ranjankudi, Thevaiyur North, Tamil Nadu 621115. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as some roads may be narrow.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, board a train from Chennai to Trichy. Once in Trichy, take a local bus or auto-rickshaw to the Perambalur bus stand. From Perambalur, catch a local bus heading towards Thevaiyur North. Buses are frequent, and you should confirm with the driver that they are headed to Ranjankudi. The fare from Trichy to Perambalur is approximately ₹100, and from Perambalur to Thevaiyur, it should be around ₹30. Once you arrive at Thevaiyur, you may need to hire an auto-rickshaw to reach Ranjankudi Fort, which should cost around ₹50-₹100.

After reaching Thevaiyur, you may find auto-rickshaws available. It's advisable to negotiate the fare before starting your ride to Ranjankudi Fort.
