Auto-Rickshaw
Start from the City Palace in Udaipur, a central landmark. From there, hire an auto-rickshaw and tell the driver you want to go to Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. The driver will take you through the busy streets of Udaipur and then head towards the outskirts, following signs for the Monsoon Palace. You will ascend the hill, and as you get closer, you will see the palace on your right. Be sure to confirm the fare beforehand.
Public Bus
Head to the main bus station in Udaipur, located near the city center. Look for a bus that goes towards Sajjangarh or Kodiyat. The journey may take around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the traffic. Once you arrive at the Kodiyat stop, you will need to walk about 15-20 minutes uphill to reach the Monsoon Palace. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous, you can hike to Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace from the city. Start from the Fateh Sagar Lake area, which is about 5 km away. Follow the path that leads up the hill towards the palace. The hike will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.
