Walking
If you are starting from the Varanasi Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Station Road). Walk straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Mahatma Gandhi Road. Turn left onto Mahatma Gandhi Road and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see signs for the Ganges River. Continue walking until you reach Raaj Ghat. From there, follow the signs towards Adi Keshav Mandir, which is located near the ghat. The Adi Keshav Ghat is around 500 meters from Raaj Ghat.

Rickshaw
From any central location in Varanasi, you can hire an auto-rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to 'Adi Keshav Mandir near Raaj Ghat'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you near the Adi Keshav Mandir, from where you can easily access the ghat.

Cycle Rickshaw
If you are near Dashashwamedh Ghat, you can take a cycle rickshaw to Adi Keshav Ghat. It is about 5 kilometers away. Instruct the rickshaw puller to take you to 'Raaj Ghat'. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you reach Raaj Ghat, you can walk to Adi Keshav Ghat, which is nearby.
