If you are starting from the Varanasi Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Kachhawan Road). Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Bhikharipur Road. Turn right onto Bhikharipur Road and continue for another 1 km until you reach the Banaras Ghat Road. From there, turn left and follow the road along the Ganges River for about 1.5 km. Chet Singh Palace will be on your right, located at 72V4+QRP, along the riverbank.

If you are near Dashashwamedh Ghat, walk towards the river and turn left to walk along the Ghats. Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the Shitala Ghat. From there, keep walking along the riverbank for another 500 meters. Look for a small pathway leading up to Chet Singh Palace, which will be on your right along Banaras Ghat Road.

From any central location in Varanasi, you can take an auto rickshaw to Chet Singh Palace.
