Yoga In Varanasi: Sunrise Yoga with Ayush
An exceptional teacher - don’t hesitate!
Ayush organised an unforgettable private yoga class on the ghats at sunrise. It was an incredible experience - so beautiful, serene and special. I am also a yoga teacher so can tell very quickly if someone is good. He is very talented and has a gift for gently reassuring you that you can do more than you think. Headstands are not a part of my regular practice but he encouraged and supported both of us into this challenging position. Thank you Ayush for making our last few days so special - if you ever come to the UK, get in touch!!
