Car

Continue on NH 48 for about 65 km until you reach the town of Karjat. At Karjat, follow signs for Matheran. The road will lead you to the base of Matheran, where you will need to park your car as Matheran is a vehicle-free zone. The parking fee is generally around INR 50-100 depending on the duration of your stay. From here, you can choose to walk or take a horseback ride to reach Garbett Point, which is about 3 km away and offers stunning views along the way.
