Car
If you're driving from Munnar, head towards the Munnar - Kumily Road (NH183). Continue on this road for about 10 km until you reach the junction for Sengulam. Turn left onto Sengulam P O Road. After about 2 km, you will find the Sengulam Dam Reservoir and Boating area on your right, where the Dam View cottage is located. There is a parking area available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Dam View cottage via public transportation, take a local bus from Munnar to Sengulam. Buses generally run every hour. Once you arrive at Sengulam, you can either walk or take a rickshaw to Sengulam Dam Reservoir. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the Dam View cottage. If you opt for a rickshaw, inform the driver that you want to go to Sengulam Dam, and they will take you directly there.
