Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the heart of Downtown Bloomington, head east on Kirkwood Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Indiana Avenue. Turn left onto Indiana Avenue and keep walking north. You will pass by the iconic Sample Gates on your left. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with 10th Street. Cross 10th Street and continue straight, as Indiana Avenue turns into North Fee Lane. Showalter Fountain is located within the Indiana University campus, so keep walking straight, and you will soon see the fountain on your right, situated in front of the Fine Arts Building.

If you are near the Bloomington Transit Center, you can take Bus Route 3 (Red Line) towards the Indiana University campus. Ride the bus and get off at the 10th Street and Indiana Avenue stop.
