If you're starting from the downtown area of Bloomington, head east on W 6th St toward S College Ave. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E 10th St. Turn left onto E 10th St and walk for about 1 mile. You will pass various shops and cafes along the way. The Hinkle-Garton Farmstead will be on your left at 2920 E 10th St. Look for the large sign indicating the farmstead.

Begin at the Bloomington Transit Center located at 301 S Walnut St. Board the Route 1 bus heading east. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes, getting off at the stop near E 10th St and S Smith Rd. From there, walk east along E 10th St for about 0.2 miles, and you will find the Hinkle-Garton Farmstead at 2920 E 10th St on your left.
