Board the Route 25 bus heading towards 'Downtown Indy'. This bus will take you directly into Indianapolis. Make sure to check the schedule as buses run at intervals. Once you arrive at the 'Washington St & Maryland St' stop in Downtown Indianapolis, disembark and walk west on Washington Street for about 5 minutes. The Indiana State Museum will be located on your left at 650 W Washington St.
