If you are in downtown Carmel, start at the Carmel Arts & Design District. Head south on 3rd Ave NW toward W Main St, then turn left onto W Main St. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Civic Square. The City Hall is located at 1 Civic Square, on the second floor. You will see a large building with a clock tower; that's City Hall.

From the Monon Trail, take the path heading south towards downtown Carmel. Continue until you reach the intersection with Main St. Turn left onto Main St and continue for about 0.3 miles. As you reach Civic Square, the City Hall building will be on your left at 1 Civic Square, second floor.
