Continue on I-70 W and take exit 83A for Pennsylvania St. Turn left onto N Pennsylvania St. The American Legion Mall will be on your left at 700 N Pennsylvania St. There is a parking garage nearby where you can park your car, and expect to pay around $5-$10 for parking depending on the duration.

If you are using public transportation, take the IndyGo bus service. Depending on your starting location, you can catch several bus lines that go towards downtown Indianapolis. If you are near the 8, 10, or 18 bus lines, these will take you close to the American Legion Mall. Disembark at the stop at Pennsylvania St & New York St. From there, walk north on Pennsylvania St for one block, and you will see the American Legion Mall at 700 N Pennsylvania St. The bus fare is around $1.75 for a one-way ticket.
