To reach the Indianapolis Public Library - Central Library from Fishers, start by heading to the nearest bus stop. You can take the IndyGo bus route 8 (East Washington Street) from Fishers. Board the bus heading towards the downtown area. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Washington St & Alabama St' stop. From there, walk south on Alabama Street for about 4 blocks until you reach East St Clair Street. Turn left and walk a short distance to find the library on your right at 40 E St Clair St.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program available in Fishers. Head south along the paved bike path that connects Fishers to Indianapolis. Stay on the path until you reach downtown Indianapolis. Once you enter the downtown area, continue towards East St Clair Street. Turn right at the intersection, and the Indianapolis Public Library will be on your left at 40 E St Clair St.

If you are near the Fishers city center, you can walk to the Indianapolis Public Library. Start by heading south towards 116th Street. Continue walking south until you reach the Fishers Train Station. From there, follow the signage for the pedestrian path leading to the Monon Trail. Walk along the Monon Trail heading south towards downtown Indianapolis. Once you reach downtown, walk east towards East St Clair Street, where the library will be located at 40 E St Clair St.
