    If you are in Downtown Indianapolis, start at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument located at 1 Monument Circle. From there, head west on Washington Street for about three blocks until you reach Illinois Street. Turn left onto Illinois Street and walk south for about two blocks until you reach Walnut Street. Turn right onto Walnut Street, and you will arrive at The Indianapolis Cultural Trail located at 132 W Walnut St.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    To reach The Indianapolis Cultural Trail by bus, locate the nearest IndyGo bus stop. If you are near the Indiana State Capitol, take the Route 8 bus heading south. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the Washington Street stop. From there, walk west on Washington Street for three blocks, then turn left onto Illinois Street. Walk south for two blocks, then turn right onto Walnut Street. The Cultural Trail will be on your right at 132 W Walnut St.

  • Biking

    If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the many Pacers Bikeshare stations located throughout Downtown. Start from the nearest station and head towards the Cultural Trail. Follow the designated bike lanes on Washington Street heading west, then turn left onto Illinois Street and continue south. When you reach Walnut Street, turn right, and you will find The Indianapolis Cultural Trail at 132 W Walnut St.
