To reach the Chicago Symphony Orchestra from Gary, Indiana, start by walking to the nearest bus stop and take the Gary Public Transit (GPTC) bus route 10 towards Chicago. Get off at the Gary Metro Center. From there, transfer to the South Shore Line train heading towards Chicago Millennium Station. Once you arrive at Millennium Station, exit the station and walk east on East Randolph Street for about two blocks until you reach South Michigan Avenue.
