Merge onto I-69 North and continue for about 20 miles. Take exit 200A for I-70 East toward Dayton. After about 5 miles, take exit 83A for Illinois St toward Downtown. Once you exit, continue on Illinois St. Follow it until you reach W Ohio St. Turn left onto W Ohio St, and the 9/11 Memorial will be on your right at 421 W Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
