If you are driving from any part of Morgan-Monroe State Forest, start by heading north on State Road 37. Continue for approximately 15 miles until you reach the junction with I-69. Merge onto I-69 North and continue for about 20 miles. Take exit 200A for I-70 East toward Dayton. After about 5 miles, take exit 83A for Illinois St toward Downtown. Once you exit, continue on Illinois St. Follow it until you reach W Ohio St. Turn left onto W Ohio St, and the 9/11 Memorial will be on your right at 421 W Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees.
