From Morgan-Monroe State Forest, start by heading north on SR-37 N for approximately 12 miles. Take exit 134A to merge onto I-69 N toward Indianapolis. After about 20 miles, take exit 202A to merge onto I-70 W toward St. Louis. Continue on I-70 W for about 10 miles. Take exit 83A for West Washington Street. Merge onto W Washington St and you will find the Eiteljorg Museum at 500 W Washington St on your left side. Parking may be available nearby but could incur additional costs.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, start by getting to the nearest bus stop from Morgan-Monroe State Forest. Board the Bloomington Transit Bus #6 towards the Downtown Transit Center. This journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. From the Downtown Transit Center, transfer to the IndyGo Bus #8 towards the 38th St. & Post Rd. Route. Ride until you reach the stop at W Washington St & S West St. The Eiteljorg Museum will be a short walk from there, located at 500 W Washington St. Note that bus fares may apply, so check local transit websites for current pricing.
