If you are in downtown Richmond, start at the intersection of Broad St and 5th St. Head east on Broad St towards 3rd St. After about two blocks, turn left onto 3rd St. Continue walking straight for about four blocks until you reach E Canal St. Turn right onto E Canal St. Kanawha Plaza will be on your left, shortly after the intersection with 6th St.

From your location, find the nearest GRTC bus stop. You can take the Pulse Bus Rapid Transit line towards the East End. Get off at the 6th St stop. From there, walk north on 6th St for one block, then turn left onto E Canal St. Kanawha Plaza will be on your left just a short walk away.

If you have access to a bike, you can rent one from a nearby bike share station. Start at the nearest station and head east on Broad St. Turn left onto 3rd St and continue for four blocks until you reach E Canal St. Turn right and cycle along E Canal St for a few minutes until you reach Kanawha Plaza, which will be on your left.
