From the South Bend Regional Airport, take the Route 4 bus towards the Central Station. Get off at the Central Station stop and transfer to Route 7 bus towards the Southgate area. Get off at the stop at S St Louis Blvd & W Washington St. From there, walk south on S St Louis Blvd for about 0.2 miles, and you will find Howard Park on your right at 219 S St Louis Blvd.

If you are near the Indiana University South Bend campus, you can bike to Howard Park. Head south on S 20th St towards W Michigan St. Turn left onto W Michigan St and continue to S St Louis Blvd. Turn right on S St Louis Blvd and bike south for about 0.5 miles until you reach Howard Park at 219 S St Louis Blvd.
