    If you are starting from downtown South Bend, head southeast on S Michigan St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Jefferson Blvd. Turn right onto E Jefferson Blvd and walk for another 0.6 miles. You will then reach the University of Notre Dame campus. Enter the campus through the main entrance at the corner of E Jefferson Blvd and N Notre Dame Ave. Once inside the campus, head west on the main path towards the Hesburgh Library. The Word of Life Mural is located on the south side of the Hesburgh Library, which is a prominent building on campus.
