If you're in Ubud, take a local bemo (minibus) towards Bangli. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Bangli bus station. From there, you can catch another bemo heading towards Apuan. Get off at the nearest stop to Jl. Setra Agung. From the stop, walk for about 15 minutes down Jl. Setra Agung until you reach Tibumana Waterfall.
