If you're traveling by car, start your journey in Serang city. From the city center, head southeast on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman towards Jalan Raya Serang. Continue on Jalan Raya Serang for approximately 10 km until you reach the intersection with Jalan Nagara. Turn left onto Jalan Nagara and follow the signs for Patapan (Tempat Bertapa) Sultan Banten. The site will be on your right after about 5 km. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Patapan (Tempat Bertapa) Sultan Banten using public transportation, first find a local bus or minivan (angkot) heading to Kibin from Serang. Once you board, inform the driver that you are going to Nagara. The fare is typically around IDR 10,000. Once you arrive at the Nagara stop, Patapan is about a 15-minute walk from there. Follow the main road, and look for signage directing you to the archaeological site.
