Car
If you are driving from Surabaya, take the Jl. Raya Surabaya Mojokerto highway (approximately 1.5 hours) and then continue on Jl. Raya Jember - Banyuwangi. Follow the signs to Situbondo. Once you reach Situbondo, look for the signs pointing to Baluran National Park. The park entrance is located at Sumberwaru, Banyuputih, Situbondo Regency. Make sure to have cash ready for the entrance fee, which is around IDR 20,000 per person.

From Surabaya, take a bus to Situbondo at the Bungurasih bus terminal. The journey will take approximately 5-6 hours. Once you arrive in Situbondo, you can hire a local taxi or use a ride-hailing app to reach Baluran National Park. The taxi fare should be around IDR 150,000 to IDR 200,000. Don’t forget to confirm the fare before starting your ride.

For a more adventurous option, consider renting a motorbike in Situbondo. After taking a bus from Surabaya to Situbondo, find a rental shop. The rental cost is usually around IDR 100,000 per day. Ensure you have proper identification and a valid motorcycle license.
