Car
If you're driving, start from the city of Kuching, Sarawak. Head southeast on Jalan Datuk Ajibah Abol towards Jalan Bako. Continue on this road for about 20 kilometers until you reach the junction of Jalan Siburan. Turn left onto Jalan Siburan and follow the signs. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see a sign indicating Kalimantan View Point. There is a small parking area available for visitors. Be mindful of road conditions as they can vary.
Public Transportation
To reach Kalimantan View Point via public transportation, take a bus from Kuching to Siburan. Buses run regularly from the main bus terminal in Kuching. The fare is approximately 10 MYR. Once you arrive in Siburan, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the viewpoint, which is about 4 kilometers away. Be sure to confirm with the taxi driver that they know the Kalimantan View Point location.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in Kuching. The fare from Kuching to Kalimantan View Point should be negotiated beforehand, and it generally costs around 40-60 MYR depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. The taxi will take you directly to the viewpoint, which is about 30 kilometers from the city center.
