Walking
If you are in the center of Makassar, start at the Grand Mall. From the Grand Mall, head south on Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Ujung Pandang. Turn right onto Jalan Ujung Pandang. Continue walking for about 800 meters. You will see the La Galigo Museum on your left at Jl. Ujung Pandang No.2, Bulo Gading, Kec. Ujung Pandang.
Public Transport (Becak)
Find a nearby becak (pedicab) station, which are commonly available in tourist areas. Tell the driver you want to go to La Galigo Museum, located at Jl. Ujung Pandang No.2. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
Public Transport (Angkot)
Look for an angkot (minibus) that goes to the Ujung Pandang area. You can catch one from designated angkot stops. Ask the driver if they can drop you near Jl. Ujung Pandang. Once you get off, walk towards Jl. Ujung Pandang No.2, which should be around 500 meters from where you disembark. The museum will be on your left.
