If you are traveling by car, you can start your journey from Ambon, the capital city of Maluku. Head east on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, then take a left onto Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Ahmad Yani. Turn right and follow this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Sisingamangaraja, which will eventually lead you towards Waeputih. Follow the signs directing you to Leihitu. When you reach Waeputih, look for signs directing you to Air Murite, which is located at FWRW+JXR, roughly 30 minutes from Ambon depending on traffic. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as some roads may be less maintained. Note that you may need to pay a toll on certain routes, so keep some local currency handy.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a minibus (angkot) from Ambon to Waeputih. You can find these minibuses departing from the city center, usually near the main market area.
