Once you arrive at Tulehu, you need to take a ferry to Kisar Island. The ferry ride takes about 2 hours and costs around IDR 50,000. Upon reaching Kisar, you can rent a local boat to take you to Babar Island, which will take another 1-2 hours depending on the sea conditions. Make sure to agree on a price with the boat operator beforehand.

    Public Transportation

    From Ambon, you can take a public minibus (angkot) to Tulehu. The fare is approximately IDR 20,000 and the journey takes about 1 hour. At Tulehu, board the ferry to Kisar Island, costing around IDR 50,000 and taking about 2 hours. Once you reach Kisar, find local fishermen or a transportation service to take you to Babar Island by boat. The boat ride may cost around IDR 200,000 and will take about 1-2 hours.
