From the center of Manado, head to the nearest bus station. Look for a bus heading to Tomohon. You can ask locals for the right bus number, but generally, buses to Tomohon are frequent. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which should take around 30-45 minutes. Ask the bus driver or conductor to let you know when you reach the Lahendong area in Tomohon. Once you arrive, follow the signs to Lake Linow, which should be a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
Motorcycle Taxi (Ojek)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can find a motorcycle taxi (ojek) near popular areas such as the Manado Mega Mall or the local markets. Just tell the driver you want to go to Lake Linow in Lahendong, Tomohon Selatan. The ride should take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your trip.
Walking
If you are staying in a nearby area and prefer to walk, you can start from the center of Tomohon City. Head towards Jalan Raya Tomohon and follow the signs for Lahendong. The distance is about 4 kilometers, which could take roughly 1 hour on foot. As you walk, enjoy the local scenery and feel free to ask locals for directions if you need assistance.
