    To reach Lorentz National Park by car, start from Jayapura, the capital of Papua. Drive south on the Trans Papua Highway (also known as Jalan Raya Trans Papua) towards Wamena. As you approach Wamena, look for the signs directing you to Yakapis, where the park's entrance is located.
