Make sure to check the ferry schedules in advance, as they may vary. The ferry ride to Makassar typically takes around 2-3 hours.

    From Tanjung Pinang, you can take a bus to the nearest ferry terminal at Tanjung Uban. Buses leave regularly, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Upon arrival at Tanjung Uban, purchase a ferry ticket to Batam. After reaching Batam, you will need to take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal.
