If you're traveling by car, start from the nearest major city, Palopo. From Palopo, take the Jalan Trans Sulawesi route (Route 1) heading towards East Luwu. After approximately 50 kilometers, turn onto the local road towards Tabarano. Follow the signs for Air Terjun Kali Dingin, which is about 15 kilometers down this road. Be aware that the last stretch may involve unpaved roads, so it's best to have a vehicle with good clearance. Parking is usually available near the waterfall.
