Car
From Ubud, head south on Jl. Raya Ubud towards Jl. Raya Campuan. Continue straight on Jl. Raya Ubud for around 10 km until you reach the intersection with Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai. Turn left onto Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai and continue for approximately 12 km. Look for signs directing you to Sanur. After about 15 minutes, exit onto Jl. Suka Merta. Neptune Scuba Diving Bali will be on your right at Jl. Suka Merta, Sanur Kauh, Denpasar Selatan. The total drive time is approximately 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Ubud, take the Kura-Kura Bus (the local shuttle service) towards Sanur. Board the bus at the Ubud Monkey Forest bus stop. The fare is around IDR 60,000. The bus journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Sanur stop, which is the last stop. From there, you can take a local taxi or ride-sharing service (like Gojek or Grab) to Jl. Suka Merta, Sanur Kauh, which is about 3 km away. The taxi fare should be around IDR 30,000-50,000.
