  • Car

    From Ubud, head east on Jalan Raya Ubud towards Jalan Raya Sayan. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the intersection at Jalan Raya Bypass Ngurah Rai. Turn left onto the Bypass road and follow the signs towards Karangasem. After about 30 minutes, take the exit towards Amlapura and continue for another 15 km. You will see signs for Lempuyang Temple along the way. Turn left onto Jalan Pura Telaga Mas Lempuyang, then follow the signs to the temple parking area. Note that parking may cost around IDR 5,000.

  • Public Transportation

    From Ubud, go to the Ubud Traditional Market and look for a local bemo (mini-bus) heading to Amlapura. The fare is around IDR 35,000-50,000. Inform the driver that you want to go to Lempuyang Temple. Once you arrive at Amlapura, you may need to take a taxi or a motorcycle taxi (ojek) to reach the temple, which may cost an additional IDR 50,000-70,000. The bemo ride takes approximately 1.5 hours.
