If you are driving, head towards Selong Belanak in Central Lombok Regency. From Mataram, take the Jl. Raya Mataram - Praya road. Follow the signs to Praya and then to Selong Belanak. Once you reach Selong Belanak, look for Jl. Pantai Mawi. Mawi Beach is located at 4566+V7M, Jl. Pantai Mawi. Make sure to have a GPS or map app to assist with navigation. There is a small entrance fee of 10,000 IDR per person to access the beach.

To reach Mawi Beach using public transportation, first take a bus or shuttle from Mataram to Praya. Buses to Praya can be found at the Mataram bus terminal. Once in Praya, you will need to take a local bemo (minivan) or taxi to Selong Belanak. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mawi Beach. The fare for the bemo or taxi can vary, so it’s advisable to agree on the price before departing. Upon arrival in Selong Belanak, follow the signs to Jl. Pantai Mawi where Mawi Beach is located. There is an entrance fee of 10,000 IDR per person.
