    If you are in the center of Yogyakarta, start at Malioboro Street, a famous shopping street. Walk north until you reach the intersection with Jl. Jendral Sudirman. Turn right onto Jl. Jendral Sudirman and continue walking straight. After about 1 km, you will see Alun-Alun Utara on your left.
