If you're starting from the Yogyakarta Tugu Railway Station, exit the station and head south on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jl. Abu Bakar Ali. Turn left onto Jl. Abu Bakar Ali and walk approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Sanapati Monument will be on your right, at the address 696C+PJM, Jl. Abu Bakar Ali, Kotabaru.

Public Transport - Trans Jogja Bus

To reach Sanapati Monument using the Trans Jogja Bus, head to the nearest bus stop to your location. Board the bus on route 1A or 1B (both routes will take you towards the city center). Get off at the 'Kotabaru' bus stop. From there, walk south on Jl. Abu Bakar Ali for about 800 meters. The Sanapati Monument will be on your right at 696C+PJM, Jl. Abu Bakar Ali, Kotabaru.

Biking

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in the city. Start from the city center and head towards Jl. Jenderal Sudirman. Once you reach the intersection with Jl.
