If you are in downtown Ames, start at Main Street and head west towards Lincoln Way. Turn left onto Lincoln Way and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several small shops and cafes. Continue straight as Lincoln Way turns into Pammel Drive. Ames National Laboratory will be on your right at 2408 Pammel Dr. Look for the building with a large sign displaying 'Ames National Laboratory'.
