If you are in downtown Ames, start at the intersection of Main Street and 5th Street. Head east on Main Street for two blocks until you reach Clark Avenue. Turn left (north) onto Clark Avenue and walk for about 6 blocks. The Ames Romero House will be on your right at 709 Clark Ave. Look for the large sign in front of the house.
