Getting There

• Bus

  From downtown Des Moines, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the DART (Des Moines Area Regional Transit) bus route 3 towards 'Merle Hay Mall'. Ride for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the 'Northeast 14th Street & E. Douglas Avenue' stop. From there, transfer to bus route 6, which will take you directly towards Altoona. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at '34th Avenue NW'. Adventureland Park will be a short walk from this stop.

Continue walking until you reach NE 14th Street, then follow this road all the way to Altoona.
